I often try to convey to clients that our (trainers) workouts look no different from their workouts. The exercise form should be exactly the same, we just use a different weight.
It is nothing glamorous, just slow reps to deep muscle fatigue. We train each other and ourselves the same way we train you, because we believe it is the best workout possible.
One to two workouts per week. 5-8 exercises. Exactly the same.
