Over the past year and four months I have been going to HIT Strength 2 times a week for 30 minutes. The results have been startling to say the least.
While also eating better and adding cardio in between my workouts I have lost over 60 pounds on top of the added muscle I have been gaining through the HIT workouts.
As a competitive person, being able to see the results in the mirror as well as on paper, with the use of the body composition machine at the gym, I can really get an idea of how much improvement I have made.
The staff and the results make it the highlight of my week to go to the gym!
