Stop Demonizing Carbs

Just a reminder that carbs don't make you fat.

Also fats don't make you fat.

Too many calories from carbs or fats or BOTH make you fat.

Stop demonizing individual nutrients.


If a particular program works for you, great.

Paleo

Keto

Carnivore

Low carb

Intermittent fasting

Low fat

Whole 30

Etc.


There is no secret to any program.

They all reduce calories.


PS. you always have to strength train.
