I have been going to HIT Strength since November 2019 and was hoping to get stronger so I can perform better at work but also stay active outside of work. I started with maybe 100 lbs (give or take) on the leg press with 8-10 reps and quickly improved to around 280 lbs doing 20 reps. I was proud of myself and thankful for Erika for helping me push through and guide me in good form. Then the virus came and I didn’t know how I was going to get a good workout in. That’s when the virtual workout training option became available. I soon joined in and even got my dad to join. We have both become stronger over the past weeks being able to do 3 min+/- wall-sits with 20 lbs weights.
