I'm in shock. I am really surprised at the quality of the strength workout. I never would I thought I could get such a quality workout with so little equipment. From wall sits, to squats, to timed static contractions, to modified push ups, I am wiped out. My arms are shaking, and my legs are trembling. I will continue the virtual workouts, and I really can't wait to get back to studio workouts. Hoping for soon. Thanks everyone.
