Here he provides information regarding some common myths in nutrition.
Eat More Fruit - There is no evidence (zero), that eating more fruit will lead to weight gain.
Eat More: You can eat more by eating unprocessed. Never need to be hungry. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Nutrient dense foods displace higher calorie foods.
Carbohydrate Ratios Don't Matter: Eat unprocessed, nutrient dense foods. You can eat as much as you want.
Clean Eating: There is no definition for this term. Be careful of labels. Eat unprocessed.
