When Will We Re-Open??

At this point we are included in Phase 1 of the government plan

At what exact date this will be is still uncertain.

The guidelines of what our re-open looks like are yet to be determined.

Nothing happens before May 1.

Mostly they discussed less than 10 people and still using physical distance.

 

We really can't answer when, but we are closely monitoring the situation.

 

Virtual Training

Now is the time to act regarding your strength workout.

Our dumbbells and weights are available to borrow.

1 to 2 workouts per week.

Create routine in your schedule.

 

 

Home Workout Guide

How well you perform each repetition of an exercise is far more important than how many repetitions you perform.

It is not the mechanical work or power output that matters, it is effort over time.

Slow way down and focus on creating tension and fatigue in the largest muscles.
