I have been on the HMR diet plan for 4 months and I have lost 25 lbs. I have found the plan easy to follow and have greatly appreciated the tips by Erika at HIT Strength! I have found the success of the program is directly influenced by following the program. That is 3 shakes, 2 entrees, fruits and vegetables, and exercise. When I tried to substitute, I found myself struggling. I found the entrees and shakes to very tasty and that helped me stay on track. I did end up increasing my exercise to help. I do plan to stay on this diet as I have more weight to lose and this diet works for me!
