The 40 days to Feeling Fabulous Challenge is complete.


The holidays are a difficult time to work on getting physical activity everyday and to eat 5+ fruits and vegetables everyday.

Remember it is a challenge.


Accomplishing your PA and FV goals everyday is difficult even when it is not holiday time.


But it is a challenge, and any goal should be specific, and hard to achieve.


Most studies regarding goal setting show that individuals that set specific, difficult goals (30 minutes of exercise everyday, and 5 fruit and vegetable servings everyday) performed better than those that set general (I will exercise more over the holidays), easy goals.
