Whether You Know It or Not Muscle Matters Most

Physical Strength is the most important thing in life.

Our strength, more than any other thing we possess, still determines the quality and quantity of our life.

 

Sarcopenia is the age related loss of muscle. 

This starts at age 30.

It happens faster with each passing decade.

You will lose 5-7 lbs of muscle mass per decade. 

The loss of muscle literally means the onset of poor health.

The only way to REVERSE Sarcopenia is to STRENGTH TRAIN. 

You must GET STRONGER.   

 

Your strength is your ticket to the fountain of youth.

It will show up everywhere, from reducing medications, to having a fall and getting up, to having boring doctor visits.
