I’ve been going to Hit Strength for over a year and couldn’t be happier with my progress.
I am 51 years old and have been training off and on since I can remember. In 2011, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This obviously had an impact on my life and I was not sure I would be able to continue strength training and what my quality of life would be.
I found out Hit Strength provided personal 1 on 1 training and I decided to give it a try. Only 1 or 2 workouts per week for 30 minutes was appealing to me since I have a busy schedule.
The staff has been tremendous, and the results have been amazing. I’ve seen positive results in the following areas: increased muscle mass, strength and energy, improved flexibility and weight loss. I’ve even seen an improvement in my golf game.
I would like to thank Mike, Craig and the rest of the staff for pushing me past my limits and maximizing my results.
