Work until you reach momentary muscular failure. Reaching that last rep is more beneficial than any of the other reps you just performed. What you get out of a workout is directly related to the effort you put into it. At a minimum, be progressive from workout to workout; get the next rep or add 1 lb to resistance.

Proper nutrition around your workout is important fuel for your body. Consuming enough protein is important for fat loss and muscle gain and you exercise.
Proper rest is suggested to allow your body to recovery from the intense strength training session. We suggest taking 48-72 hours in between workouts.
