Don't Get Too Comfortable.

     We live in a culture of comfort, the best mattress, phones as strong as a computer, ergonomic multi adjustable car seats and controls. No need to walk anywhere, no need to lift or carry for more than minutes. We revere de-stressing, big carbohydrate meals and regular resting...the result, the worst type of comfort. The sickness of weakness (Sarcopenia - https://www.webmd.com/healthy-aging/…/sarcopenia-with-aging…)

     Too much comfort turns to disease because everything gets harder fast and the use of drugs and surgery are a sad attempt to stop the suffering.

     

 

It is your choice to find reality and getting going and start getting STRONG. Start where you are with whatever you have and don't stop saving your strength. Rescue your right to live. LIVE STRONG.
