I just wanted to add my two cents about the virtual training you're offering. I convinced my 16 year old son to sign up to workout alongside me. He likes it much more than he thought he would. We were both a bit skeptical at first. How much can we really train at home with very little equipment? Erika showed us we didn't know what we were talking about! The workouts are no easier than the ones I do at HIT Strength. I really feel the burn. As others have mentioned, I can feel it the next morning and know that I've really worked out.
I'm the type of person who really likes to do the training but I'm not good at motivating myself to start and I tend to go easier on myself when I do get going. Making the appointments is the accountability that I need. Erika is wonderful about encouraging us and pushing us. She gets me to go longer on a wall sit or plank than I ever do on my own. That is why I signed up (both for the gym and the virtual training) and it's definitely paying off.
Thanks for offering this service to us during this strange time. I really appreciate it. I can't wait to get back in the gym, knowing I won't be starting all over again from square one.
