Age and Injuries

Most injuries happen in everyday activities, like stepping of a curb or reaching for something on a high shelf.

The older you get, loss of muscle makes these ordinary daily actions even more precarious, because your bones and vital organs are not protected by a strong armor of muscle.

It’s so important to continually promote muscle growth and maintenance in order to protect the structure of your body! Stronger muscles means stronger tendons, ligaments, and bones.

Strength allows you to live more every year. We often say "None of us are going to the Olympics" but we are changing the oil in our Jeep, chasing our grandkids, getting in and out of a boat, wrestling our children, getting up after a fall, doing garden work, and dancing all night.

Strength is truly the closest thing to a fountain of YOUTH.

Lets all LIVE more.
